Refresh Your HSI PlaqueIf you currently have or used to have a Historic Salem, Inc. plaque on your house, HSI will be happy to order a new plaque for you. HSI has a record of the plaque wording, and our historians are ready to work with you to update the wording if you would prefer. Submit the form below and we will contact you. Almost all Salem plaques are 12" x 12", but we do offer elongated and two-piece options if you need more room.
Prices: Standard 12" x 12" plaque: $250 Elongated 12" x 16" plaque: $275 Custom Format (e.g. - Two-piece plaque): request pricing Your plaque will be shipped directly to you with the appropriate mounting hardware (please let us know if you will be mounting your plaque onto brick). If you're an HSI Member, you will save $25 on your new plaque. Historic Salem, Inc. is in the process of reviewing and expanding the existing House History and Plaque program and reserves the right to change product descriptions and pricing at the discretion of the organization.
