Burbeck House

Description: 1869 Second Empire Style, wood framed house. Burbeck House (1869) 160 Boston Street (Listed 2000) Status – SAVED 2003 This property was sensitively rehabilitated by its owner and now serves as multi-family rental property. Its renovation also inspired the rehabilitation of several neighboring properties. The City’s increased focus and investment in rehabilitating its historic entrance corridors has also begun to result in improvements to the appearance of Boston Street.
